Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled in advance based on your goals, clinical needs, and mutual availability. Payment is  processed securely and may be made via credit card, debit card, or ACH transfer.

Cancellations made with sufficient notice will not incur a charge. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Please contact the office for current cancellation timeframes and applicable fees.

Availability & After-Hours Support

Voicemails are reviewed during standard business hours. Messages received outside of business hours will be returned the next business day.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, including thoughts of suicide or harm to others, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You may also contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, available 24/7.

Contacting the Provider

The provider may not be immediately available by phone. If you call during sessions or outside of availability, you may leave a message on the confidential voicemail.

Non-urgent messages are typically returned within 1–2 business days after review of your chart. Planned absences will be communicated in advance, and coverage information will be provided if applicable.

If your appointment must be canceled on short notice by the provider, you will be contacted as soon as possible to reschedule or arrange appropriate alternatives.

Discharge Policy

Ending the provider-client relationship may occur for several reasons. You may choose to transition care to another provider, or the provider may recommend care with another clinician if it is in your best interest.

Discharge may also occur due to repeated missed appointments, non-payment, or ongoing communication difficulties. When discharge is necessary, reasonable efforts will be made to support continuity of care and provide appropriate referrals.
